FAQ's about your Eagle Valley Whitetails Hunt

                           

Whitetail and Elk 2 Day Hunts include:

• One-On-One Guide Service
• Guaranteed Harvest
• No License Required

• Transportation to and from Mid-State and State College Airports
• Rifle, Bow, and Muzzleloader welcome

• Fixed Tree Stands and Blinds to hunt from

  *If special dietary/medical needs are necessary, hunters are required to inform Eagle Valley Whitetails prior to hunt.

Booking your Hunt:

• Call for dates available
• Hunts booked on a "first come first served" basis
• Must be 18 or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian
• Deposit required to book hunt and date.
• DEPOSIT: Acccepted payment types: cash, money order, cashiers check, credit cards. Personal checks must have a minimum of two weeks to clear for deposit payment.
• BALANCE: Due upon arrival for hunt. Accepted payment types: cash, money order, cashiers check, credit cards. NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted for final payment.
• NON-HUNTERS: Will be charged an additional $150 per person.

What to bring:

• COOLER (to pack your meat)
• Raingear/Warm Clothes/Hat/Gloves
• Boots
• Camera/Video Camera (if you wish)

Please Note!

• All visits to Eagle Valley Whitetails are at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for injuries, death, or damages to personal property.
• Eagle Valley Whitetails must be notified in advance of all medical conditions prior to arrival.
• Full payment is required for wounded animals.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Drug Policy

SMOKING, or the use of tobacco products, is not permitted inside any building, vehicle or hunting blind at any time. Outside use is permitted, so long as it is not on the hunting preserve itself.

ALCOHOL, and the use of any alcoholic beverages, is not permitted. Hunting safely and our family atmosphere is our priority. We want your hunt to be enjoyable for everyone.

NON-PRESCRIPTION DRUGS are not permitted at anytime on your Eagle Valley Whitetails visit. Any Hunter or Guest who violates the above Alcohol, Tobacco, and Drug Policy will terminate their stay immediately and be asked to permanently leave the property. No refunds will be given.
